i currently use an acer aspire 3 (A315-53G-52A4) laptop since 2019. it gets the job done, but these days it has become quite unstable for anything more than the basics. i'm considering replacing it in the future with another computer, although i haven't figure out what to replace it with.

i rent a VPS for catto garden, where i host a pubnix and a few other services. that's where this website is hosted at.

somewhere on my desk i have a xiaomi redmi 9 smartphone, which is in need of repair and i haven't got to do that yet. the last os it has been running is lineage os. i will either fix it or replace it with a device that i can run postmarket os on. after more than a decade messing with android, i feel i'm done with it, thanks to google's choices over the years.

software

i have been using void linux on my computer for the last 5 years. it is a nice and fast system. it's not perfect, but it has been a nice daily driver system. i also have an openbsd installation on the same machine i use occasionally.

as for the desktop, while i've been using leftwm, recently i decided to return to xfce, my favorite desktop environment. i use the ambiance theme and the buuf icons.
